I placed copies of eyes in the form of stickers and photo copies in public spaces. They came from cropped paintings of news photographs and I put them back into the public domain that the photographs came from. The eyes taught me about the fine line between visible and invisible. Some people didnt see them at all but many took them. They were continually replenished and thus developed a cycle of eyes appearing and disappearing and a sense of the impermanence and arbitrariness of exchange.
